Our Outdoor Heated Pool, tucked away from the cliff path to the side of the hotel, provides perfect privacy. Our Restaurant and Bar Our Contemporary British Fine Dining Restaurant is headed up by our talented Head Chef, Robert Green, and Restaurant Manager, Jack Christopher. Both with a real passion for attention to detail and flair. Our seasonally changing 'a la carte' menu, curated by Chef Robert Green, is served in a relaxed and classy ambiance. Robert has previously worked at Gordon Ramsey Petrus in London, as well as the Three Buoys in Appley on the Island where the team won the restaurant an AA Rosette for Excellence. Robert is clearly a Chef with passion and flair for local island produce, seafood being a specialty.
