We are also part of the sustainably run resturant scheme which allows are guests the opportunity to plant a tree at the end of their meal in a 3rd world country under their name which completely off sets the emissions used to make and prep of each guests entire meal, Dining with is is now much more than just an experience it also saves the planet. (We also have paperless check in and paperless menus and always looking for ways to reduce our footprint)”
New Ownership
The Brunswick Hotel and resturant is under new ownership and run By Jenna and Paul Massey, With a wealth of hospitality experience, having owned and managed the top-rated, award-winning Fine Dining establishment on the island for many years, winning various accolades, including dishes featuring in the Great British cook book representing the south east region and featuring in the Michelin guide and being the first ever rated Gold Wight marque holder proving 90% of produce was local to name a few. Now looking to put the Brunswick Hotel and resturant on the map as one of the Islands Best. We are more than just a hotel we are a home away from home, although we boast our very own Private and Talented Chef Robert Green, with a wealth of experience in Contemporary British Cuisine, plus you wont have to do the washing up… now that’s luxury.
